MEET THE TEAM


Jade Gardiner provides level 2 Support Coordination and level 3 Specialist Support Coordination services to participants who live on the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa.

Jade has a unique history having played rugby union semi-professionally in Europe after completing his Science (Psychology) and Business degree’s in Wellington, New Zealand.
After living in Europe, Jade moved to Australia where he managed a gym and started his own personal fitness business. During this time Jade worked closely with many people who had a disability or who were recovering from a significant or life changing injury. This allowed him to refine what was important to him, and it became clear this was to help people improve their situations and lives, to reach their goals.
Jade’s background in working for people with a disability or in fitness, coupled with life experience and understanding of people from all backgrounds and cultures, has provided him with a great foundation for his role as support coordinator.
His exceptional attentiveness, problem solving, and organisations skills mean that no challenge is too great for Jade.


Natasha Brown provides level 2 Support Coordination and level 3 Specialist Support Coordination services to participants who live on the Sunshine Coast from Maroochydore to Noosa.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Community Justice Studies and worked in the justice system in the UK before moving to Australia where she worked as a Support Coordinator with Spark Neuro Care for over five years prior to Joining Sunshine Specialist Supports.
Natasha’s diverse experience means she has the skills and knowledge to work with people with a wide range of disability support needs. In the past five years Natasha has developed a specialised knowledge of neurodegenerative conditions, in particular how cutting edge advances in technology has improved the availability of equipment and therapeutic supports for people with a vast array of disabilities.
Natasha is very passionate about getting the best outcomes for her participants and never leaves a stone unturned in her pursuit of this outcome.


Tina Jackson provides level 2 Support Coordination and level 3 Specialist Support Coordination services to participants who live on the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa.

Tina is a seasoned Support Coordinator, specialising at Level 2 and 3, driven by a passion to assist NDIS participants in making the most of their plans. Her journey began with three years at the NDIA during its NSW rollout, where she gained invaluable insights into how the NDIS operates. Prior to her work at the NDIA, Tina also amassed experience in community services, further enriching her understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals and families.
With a wealth of knowledge under her belt, Tina is adept at helping participants navigate the complexities of the system. Her understanding isn't just professional; it's personal too. Having a father as an NDIS participant gives her a unique perspective on the challenges individuals and families face. This firsthand experience fuels her dedication to easing the stress of navigating the NDIS.
Tina's blend of expertise and empathy makes her a valuable ally for anyone seeking support in navigating the NDIS. Whether it's understanding plans or advocating for participant needs, Tina is there every step of the way, ensuring smoother journeys for all involved.


Holly Weber provides level 2 Support Coordination and level 3 Specialist Support Coordination services to participants who live in the Mackay region as well as on the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa.

Holly has a diploma in Community Services and has experienced a diversity of roles within the human services sector, working as a nurse’s assistant, aged care worker and then in disability support working her way into the role of Team Leader for a residential supported accommodation provider.
Holly then moved to Real Community Services three years ago, where she worked in the role of Branch Manager for their community supports team.
Holly’s caring background is evident in her work and she has impressed me with her person centred approach to her work as well as her reliability, creativity, organisational skills and sense of humour.
Holly will stop at nothing to achieve what needs to be achieved for people with a disability and with her personalised approach to her work is a welcome addition to the team.


Elaine Dornan provides level 2 Support Coordination and level 3 Specialist Support Coordination services to participants who live on the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Noosa.

Elaine has over three years’ experience working as a support coordinator with the majority of her time spent working with Spark Neuro Care (formerly known as the MS Society) and the last six months working as a Support Coordinator Team Leader for a large provider in the Sunshine Coast. Prior to this Elaine worked in various roles that include employment training for people with a disability, Case Manager and Service Manager.
Elaine has a diploma in Community Services, Cert IV in Training and Assessment and is a trained Counsellor. She enjoys the interactions she has with others, especially meeting people of all ages and cultural backgrounds, and sees this part of her job as the best part of being a support coordinator.
Elaine has a wonderful eye for detail and credits her interpersonal, problem solving and organisational skills as the key to the many successes she has achieved in her career to date.


Tom completed his bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of the Sunshine Coast & has a working background in criminology, domestic violence, alcohol & drug counselling, specialising in supporting complex needs participants with psychosocial disabilities.

Additionally Tom has extensive experience having facilitated a Men’s Group for perpetrators of domestic violence, gaining a unique perspective working for the Queensland police with both offenders & victims, & has in depth knowledge of the system & relevant services.

Tom strives to elevate rapport between himself & participants as his highest priority & believes trust & mutual respect are the best ways to ensure an ideal outcome for his participants. Tom focuses on improving his participants exercise, diet & environment, believing this gives individuals the tools & best chance of living a flourishing, happy life.
Currently Tom is learning sign language, surfing the Sunshine Coast’s many beaches & enjoying time with his dog Hunter.


Tushyana Gatward provides level 2 Support Coordination and level 3 Support Coordination services to participants located in; Gympie, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

Tushyana is passionate professional with over 20 years' experience working within the Disability, Health and Community Services fields in roles such as; Support Coordination, Case Management, Government, Nursing and Individual & Accommodation Disability Support Services.

Tushyana joins the team offering a diverse range of experience, skills, education and knowledge in supporting individuals with varying disabilities and complex support challenges.
Tushyana prides herself in providing person-centered supports and understands the importance of working efficiently and collaboratively within stakeholder teams to best navigate complex support challenges in order to achieve best outcomes for those she supports.


Natalie Herbert provides Administration Support to participants and their family members and all the team at Sunshine Specialist Supports.

Natalie has worked in the Medical sector for a number of years prior to transitioning to the disability sector when the NDIS rolled out on the Sunshine Coast in 2019. She has worked across multiple roles gaining experience in Administration, Finance and worked her way to becoming Support Coordinator’s Team Leader.

Natalie is passionate about applying her attention to detail to ensure the team’s work is all completed in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
Natalie provides amazing technical and administrative support to our participants and the team at Sunshine Specialist Supports to ensure we are always well supported to provide the best possible services to you.
